Defected begins a new video series with a tour of Joey Negro's vast vinyl collection. Joey Negro is arguably the most well-known alias of Dave Lee, a disco-loving, pioneering producer and vinyl junkie whose career has spanned three decades and a multitude of underground and crossover hit records.

Joey has amassed a stack of hit singles with tracks such as ‘Must Be The Music’, ‘Make A Move On Me’, ‘Can’t Get High Without You’ and Jakatta’s ‘American Dream’ and ‘My Vision’ being among some of the most notable.

Rumour has it that he was in the studio making credible and outstanding British House music when many luminaries around him were still busy getting to grips with their decks. Little has changed since then and Dave is still widely regarded as one of the most commercially successful and in-demand artists on the global scene.
