Artist: wAFF

With upcoming releases on Hot Creations and a wealth of quality productions in his locker, the future is looking bright for the 22 year old producer from Hull (UK). Starting production at age of 17 and quickly progressing through and mastering different genres until finally stopping at House's doorstep. For wAFF the main inspiration and motivation for his recent productions was the Tania Vulcano & Loco Dice DC:10 Radio One Essential Mix.

"Jo Johnson" was a track that shot to notoriety over the summer after being played by the likes of Jamie Jones and Robert James. After producing for several years out of his love for the music and after finally sending his tracks to Richie Ahmed and hearing it being played in DC:10 it was hard to beleive for wAFF as it all came as a suprise to him.

Amongst wAFF's other productions our favourite has to be the currently unsigned "Call On The Space Invada'Z. This tried and tested track destroys dancefloors and is bound to be signed anytime soon. With its subtle yet effective double kicks and vocal crossovers this production is easily our second favourite and definitely rivals Jo Johnson.

Residing in the northern town of Hull, wAFF goes on to tell us of the growing scene in the area. Now running a sucessful night along side Matt Thornton & Phil Wilson, Koala has been very prosperous right from the start. Their night has a strong following and past headliners include Mark Henning, Yaya, Glimpse, Subb-an, Matt Tolfrey, Nico Lahs & Lee Jones amongst many more.
